NEL Health and Care Partnership People and Skills Pledge is delighted to announce that TEC Partnership has become the 50th organisation to officially sign the Pledge.
This partnership strengthens our joint commitment to addressing the local skills gap by supporting people within our communities to engage in learning and develop sustainable careers in the Health and Social Care Sector. By working together, we are helping employers access previously unseen talent while enabling individuals to build skills, confidence, and meaningful career pathways. Through this collaboration, we continue to invest in our local workforce and ensure the health and social care sector can grow and thrive with skilled, motivated people at its heart.
Sharon Stead, Operational Manager, People Development for Care Plus Group said: “I’m incredibly proud to see TEC Partnership become the 50th organisation to sign the People and Skills Pledge. This milestone reflects the strength of our collective commitment to creating real opportunities for local people. By working together, we are not only addressing skills gaps within health and social care, but also supporting individuals to build confidence, gain valuable experience and progress into sustainable, meaningful careers.”
Chloe Tate, Group Director Business Engagement for TEC Partnership, said: “We are grateful to be part of the People and Skills Pledge and to join a growing network of organisations committed to making a real difference across the region. This partnership reflects our dedication to aligning our provision with the evolving needs of industry, ensuring that individuals are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
