We are delighted to share the success of our newly established partnership with Pledge Partner Carelink NEL, a collaboration that demonstrates the power of working together to support the health and social care sector.
Following Carelink NEL joining the Pledge, we provided comprehensive recruitment support to help staff their 24/7 Telecare support call handling service. This vital service ensures that individuals across the community receive timely, reliable assistance whenever it is needed.
Our team worked closely with Carelink NEL to deliver an end-to-end recruitment solution for Telecare Operator roles. This included advertising vacancies to reach a wide and relevant audience, supporting the shortlisting process, conducting initial interviews, and arranging final interviews directly with Carelink NEL’s management team.
By managing these key stages, we were able to save valuable time for managers, allowing them to remain focused on service delivery and operational priorities. Importantly, this recruitment support was provided as a free service, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to supporting all Pledge Partners with practical, meaningful solutions to sector challenges.
Beyond recruitment, the partnership also reflects a shared commitment to the future workforce. Carelink NEL has pledged to engage with local students through the “Give an Hour” initiative by becoming a Health and Social Care Ambassador. Through this role, they will help promote careers within the health and social care sector, offering insight, inspiration, and real-world experiences to the next generation.
This partnership exemplifies how collaboration can deliver immediate workforce benefits while also investing in long-term sustainability. By supporting recruitment today and inspiring talent for tomorrow, Carelink NEL is playing a vital role in strengthening the care workforce across our local community.
We look forward to continuing this successful partnership and creating further positive impact together.
