Mentoring students at local college/university:

Mentoring is a great way to invest in young people locally to ensure they stay on their pathway into Health and Social Care roles. Support is given by our Pledge Partners on how to mentor a young person or career switcher through their journey.

Participate in Health and Social Care recruitment/careers events:

Many events take place for people across North East Lincolnshire from careers events for young people, to events for older workers, people with disabilities, and career switchers.
