On Tuesday 10th February 2026 People and Skills Pledge Event, hosted at TEC Partnership, brought together a vibrant mix of existing pledge partners and organisations exploring the opportunity to join the initiative. The morning created a collaborative space for sharing ideas, building connections, and identifying new ways to support and grow the health and care workforce across North East Lincolnshire.
Purpose of the Event
The event was designed to help both new and existing partners make the most of the People and Skills Pledge and the support available through it.

- Free Recruitment Support – Care Plus Group manages advertising, shortlisting, and recruitment to help you find the right people.
- Invest in Your Workforce – Access Apprenticeship Levy Transfers and wellbeing initiatives to upskill and support your team.
- Inspire the Future Workforce – Engage with local schools, colleges, and careers events to raise awareness of roles in health and care.
For existing pledge partners, the event served as a valuable reminder of the wide range of support available to help them continue developing their workforce.
